A fresh baseline for recurring clients

Best for: New clients beginning regular service

  • More detailed general dusting
  • Clean switches, outlets and cabinet fronts
  • More detailed attention to baseboards
  • Clean accessible ceiling fans
  • Routine cleaning of normal buildup and grime

Generally recommended for new recurring clients. Not automatically a Deep Cleaning.

Deep and Move-In/Out cleaning include extra attention to normal buildup; exceptionally heavy buildup may require extra time or an add-on charge, discussed with you before additional work. *Routine cleaning includes reasonable attention to buildup; the condition and time required determine whether additional service is needed.
